With the objective of Strengthen the technical capacities of Citeproductive in the use of geospatial technologiesand consolidate the SIG Practice Community in Madre de Dios, Conservación Amazónica – ACCA and the Citeproductive held a strategic workshop on February 24 and 25 in Puerto Maldonado.

The event is part of the project"Strengthening of Citeproductive capabilities in the application of remote sensing technology in Madre de Dios", initiative that seeksposition Citeproductive as a leading entity in the technical formation of local actorsin geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing. During the days,advanced in the consolation of action and conformation strategies of the SIG practice community, a technical space that will be led by the Citeproductive to strengthen the articulation and exchange of knowledge in the region.
