Regula Schegg is COO & Head of the Management Centre (MC) at the Wyss Academy for Nature. She leads the competence areas of People & Culture, Finance & Controlling, ICT/Digital Happiness, Governance & Legal, Funding & Acquisitions, and Internal Services & Support. Together, these areas make the Management Centre a lean enabler and trusted business partner to the Academy’s regional hubs and competence centres.

An international executive with more than 25 years of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Regula brings broad expertise in organizational leadership, strategy, finance, and operations. Her cross-cutting capabilities include organizational development and transformation, governance, financial management, investments, risk, people, and operations.

Throughout her career, she has built and scaled organizations, led multidisciplinary international teams, and translated strategy into effective structures and execution. Having worked across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, she combines strategic and financial rigor with a strong commitment to sustainability and meaningful impact.

Before joining the Wyss Academy for Nature, Regula held leadership roles at Circulate Capital, Hilti and the Hilti Foundation, Sulzer, and Grameen Foundation.
