Herizo Andriambololona is a PhD candidate from the RT Land Systems, focusing on the link between conservation policies and community well-being in Madagascar. His research explores the potential of Conservation Basic Income (CBI) to reduce deforestation while supporting rural livelihoods, especially around Masoala National Park. Trained in environmental economics and conservation science, he collaborates with the University of Antananarivo and the Full Circle Initiative, and is passionate about fair, community-based approaches to sustainable development.
