Dr. Arne R. Weiss is a senior researcher who works on interdisciplinary projects in Peru, aiming to foster behavioral change for a more sustainable land use. He holds a PhD in economics and focuses his work on the intersection of the behavioral sciences with development and environmental economics. He mainly uses experimental methods and meta-analysis (evidence synthesis). Arne is also affiliated with the University of Alicante and has previously worked for the Poverty Action Lab, as well as as a senior impact evaluation specialist for C4ED. He has field experience in Southern and Eastern Africa as well as in Papua New Guinea.
